Ysight services include interpretive sessions and feedbacks from diagnostics, personal and professional coaching and individual counseling. We employ various psychological techniques and theories to deepen awareness and client motivation to follow their own journey. We help with the planning and managing professional career and personal development. We focus on coaching intrapersonal (self-management and self-awareness) and interpersonal skills (especially communication and managerial). We advise on all sorts of difficult and important work situation, in career and organizational changes, in selecting and finding suitable professions.

General conditions:

Face to face meetings are usually held in Prague and last 1-2 hours. Based on the agreement meetings can be held at a client`s premises, or in set time-blocks.
