What can we find out with diagnostics?

Diagnostics detect and measure personality, its characteristics and statutes using qualitative or quantitative methods, both comprehensively and effectively.

We cooperate with leading international psychometric publishers and offer their questionnaires and tests in available languages. Our diagnostics are fast, effective and strategic in terms of long-term and financial costs.

How do we diagnose?

We collect qualitative information by observing, interviewing and analyzing of activities. In this category we can include different simulation exercises, experimental games, behavioral interviews and CBI (Competency Based Interview), or even questionnaires (or thereof portions) with open questions.

Quantitative methods collect numerical data and find out in which direction and how much the characteristics of an individual or group differ from peer population. We offer test methods focusing on the following areas:

Assessment and Development centers (AC/DC) are already recognized and commonly used expressions also in the Czech work environment. They use a combination of various techniques and methods with a powerful diagnostic charge in order to effectively assess the personality of the candidate for the job (in case of AC) or key employee for further professional development (DC).

Diversity and combinability of personnel methods do not allow including all types of techniques, that is why we list only the most frequent ones.
